HEART PRINT HOUSE
Heart Print House
Heart Print House (HPH) celebrates colorful, joyful, and playful living. It elevates the spirit through vibrant design by merging bold prints, bright colors, and beautiful products in a contemporary style. Founded by Ester Hodikian, HPH is a surface design studio of original prints for decorative applications across various product categories, including home décor, textiles, stationery, and gifts.
After receiving a Bachelors in Business Administration from University of Southern California, Ester pursued her true passion for creativity and obtained a Masters in Interior Design from Pratt Institute in New York. Returning to Los Angeles, she continued her creative journey while working at the Pacific Design Center and completing a certificate in Textile Surface Design from Otis College of Art & Design.
Though Ester’s decade long experience in the design field offered training and exposure, becoming a mother of three little hearts would prove to be an unparalleled source of inspiration. Her children keep her forever exploring the beauties of life through their imaginative eyes.
Ester currently creates from her home studio in Los Angeles. Combining her passions for interior and surface design, she developed a collection of prints for home décor and produced limited-edition handcrafted accessories which sold out within the year. She also hosted pop-up shops at local West Elm, Anthropologie, and Pottery Barn Teen stores featuring her product designs.
Heart Print House designs are also available for art licensing across all product categories. The prints are originally hand-painted and are defined by vivid hues, expressive linework, a bold illustrative style, and a whimsical spirit. The firmly structured shapes juxtaposed with a lightheartedness in theme and saturated color are what make the designs distinctive. The blossoming collection of prints and patterns are sure to bring a big dose of cheer to any surface.
